Tornado warnings and severe thunderstorm warnings have been issued for various counties. Winds are expected to reach up to 60 mph. The warnings are in effect until midnight. Tornado warnings are issued for El Paso County, Texas and Eastern Hudspeth County, Texas along US Highway 62 and 180. Meanwhile, temperatures remain warmer than expected, with rainfall possibilities returning to the Oklahoma's rural areas.
