STARS revealed that over 100 donors contributed to a fundraising campaign that raised more than $900,000 for its operations. The names of these donors are displayed on the helicopter.

The Hangar Flight Museum expressed its honour to become the aircraft’s permanent home, describing it as “an inspiring legacy” that will preserve the story of STARS for future generations.
