Since the Dallas Cowboys traded for George Pickens, many doubted how he and All-Pro receiver CeeDee Lamb would fit together in Brian Schottenheimer's offense. However, after eight weeks, their partnership has proven exceptional.
From training camp onward, Lamb and Pickens have developed a strong bond both on and off the field, greatly boosting the Cowboys' offensive performance.
“Talent-wise, yes, and skill-wise, yes. But I mean, it's really impressive to see just the relationship those two guys have on and off the field. You see them out at practice, they're always together. They're always talking through not only life things, but just what's going on football-wise as far as how to run a certain route or concepts.” – Junior Adams
As Dallas approaches its bye week, the strong connection between these receivers remains a key asset for the team’s offense.
Junior Adams expressed that if it were up to him, the Cowboys would already be offering George Pickens a contract extension.
