A Calgary man, Randall Arsenault, 58, has been charged following an investigation by the Cochrane RCMP into a suspected overdose death earlier this month in the Mînî Thnî area of the Stoney Nakoda Nations.
Arsenault faces charges of trafficking a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He was arrested on October 29 in Calgary.
