North Lincolnshire Unites to Honour Armed Forces
North Lincolnshire will commemorate the dedication and sacrifice of the armed forces on Remembrance Sunday with a parade and remembrance service in Scunthorpe on Sunday, 9 November.
Event Schedule and Details
- The parade will assemble outside The Baths Hall from 10:10 a.m. and start moving at 10:25 a.m.
- Participants are welcome to gather for tea and coffee inside the venue from 9:30 a.m., or outside starting at 10:00 a.m.
- The procession will include serving personnel, veterans, military organizations, and uniformed groups.
- The route will proceed along Doncaster Road to the Cenotaph outside North Lincolnshire Museum.
Remembrance Service
The service begins at 10:45 a.m., featuring an Act of Remembrance and a two-minute silence at 11:00 a.m., followed by wreath laying.
Afterward, the parade will return to The Baths Hall through Vicarage Gardens.

The Baths Hall will offer refreshments and a space for reflection for those who wish to stay after the service.
