Indra Group Calls Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting

Indra Group has scheduled an Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting for 28 November at 12 noon, on second call. The meeting will take place at the group's headquarters in Alcobendas.

Approval of Hispasat Acquisition

The primary purpose is to seek shareholder approval for the acquisition of 89.68% of Hispаsat's share capital.

On 31 January 2025, Indra announced an agreement with Redeia to acquire this stake. The transaction depends on fulfilling certain conditions precedent, mainly regulatory, in Spain and other jurisdictions. It also requires agreements for Indra to consolidate Hisdesat in its accounts and clearance by Indra’s General Shareholders' Meeting.

Board of Directors Appointments

The second agenda item concerns the ratification, re-election, and appointment of directors. Specifically, Mónica Espinosa and Arancha Díaz-Lladó are proposed as independent directors to fill vacancies left by Coloma Armero and Olga San Jacinto. The latter two are not standing for re-election as detailed in the official reports available on Indra’s corporate website.
