Brendan Fevola reveals he was the victim of a 'home invasion'

Brendan Fevola Reveals Unusual Home Intrusion

Footy legend Brendan Fevola shared that he was the target of a surprising home intrusion over the weekend, fearing at first that he and his family might be in danger.

The father of four had planned to take his youngest daughter, Tobi, roller-skating when the incident occurred. As they were leaving the house, Fevola turned around and was startled to find an elderly woman and her dog standing in his hallway.

“Oh my god, I’ve had an intruder,” the former Carlton and Brisbane player told the Fifi, Fev and Nick show.

Fevola explained that at first he was alarmed, thinking it might be a robbery attempt.

“I turn around and see this old lady with a dog walking into our house... and I go: ‘Hello?’”

His initial thought was that it might have been a setup, especially since it happened during the Halloween weekend, a time when he feared people might be scoping out homes.

“Is this person scoping my house out? Get old people to come in and see what you’ve got and later on you get robbed. I was like: ‘Is this a set-up?’”

Incident Seen as a Misunderstanding

Despite his fear, the situation appeared to be an innocent mistake rather than a planned crime, leaving Fevola both stunned and relieved once the confusion subsided.
