On November 5, 2025, The Woodlands Township’s Development Standards Committee reviewed an application for a proposed Goodwill store at Cochran’s Crossing Village Center and ultimately denied the request.
The application was submitted by Regency Centers in partnership with Goodwill. The committee met to discuss the potential impact and suitability of the new store location.
