Jessica Simpson recently shared insights into the extensive makeup process behind her portrayal of a botched plastic surgery patient in Ryan Murphy’s Hulu series All’s Fair. The singer and actress revealed the transformation took a remarkable amount of time and effort.
Simpson described the process as requiring “an incredible village” and taking six hours in the makeup chair to achieve the look of her character, LeAnn, who sports bad Botox and noticeable facial alterations.
Jessica expressed deep appreciation for the chance to explore acting through this role, saying it was an experience unlike any other.
“No one has ever given me the chance to do something like this before, and I loved it. I hope you all see Lee-Ann’s heart—and her strength—as much as I felt it.”
