China's Wang Yi Warns UK Relations Must Advance or Regress

Wang made his assessment during a phone conversation with newly appointed UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper, where they discussed the direction of future bilateral cooperation and the broader outlook for Sino-British relations.
