Game 16 Hub: Utah Mammoth vs Ottawa Senators

The Ottawa Senators continue to gather points despite inconsistent play. Following an overtime loss to the Bruins and an overtime win against the Flyers, they now face the Utah Mammoth in a back-to-back series for the first time this season.

Utah has dropped four of its last five games, including a 6–2 defeat by Montréal, but had previously won seven in a row. The question remains which version of the Mammoth team will appear tonight. Ottawa will need a stronger performance than in their last two outings to secure any points.

Ottawa Lineup

The Senators’ lineup from yesterday’s game against Philadelphia remains unchanged at the time of writing. It’s expected that Leevi Meriläinen will start in goal, with MacDermid and Matinpalo possibly returning to the lineup.

Utah Lineup

Utah’s formation from last night’s game against Montréal is expected to carry over. Offseason signing Vitek Vaněček is anticipated to start in net.
