Chester Residents Celebrate £1,000 Postcode Lottery Win
Residents of Chester were delighted after a local postcode was chosen as one of 20 winners in Monday’s daily Postcode Lottery jackpot draw on November 10. Each active player within postcode CH1 1RD, located on Albion Street in the city centre, received a £1,000 prize.
The draw was organised by the Postcode Green Trust, one of 20 trusts managed by People’s Postcode Lottery. Participants contribute £12.25 monthly, securing automatic entry into every draw and a daily chance to win.
A minimum of 30 per cent of each ticket price supports charitable initiatives.
Since its inception in 2005, the Postcode Lottery has generated over £1.5 billion for charities and community projects.
