Janus Henderson Investors: Share Purchase Plan
Janus Henderson Investors has announced a share purchase plan (SPP) for the benefit of its unitholders. The SPP allows eligible unitholders to purchase additional units in the company at a discounted price.
The SPP will enable eligible unitholders to purchase up to $50,000 in units at a price of $10.00 per unit, representing a 5% discount to the prevailing market price. The SPP will be available from 27 February 2023 to 13 March 2023.
Eligible unitholders who participate in the SPP will have their units credited to their accounts on 20 March 2023, subject to payment of the purchase price and any applicable fees.
