OLYMPIC CURLING TRIALS Day 5

Day 5

The Olympic Curling Trials were a pair of curling tournaments held in Calgary, Alberta, in November and December 2016. The men's and women's trials determined the Canadian teams that would represent Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

Women's Trials

The women's trials were held from November 28 to December 4, 2016.

“The girls are all pretty excited,” said Homan. “We've been working towards this for a long time. We're going to make sure we're prepared and enjoy the experience.”

Men's Trials

The men's trials were held from December 11 to 17, 2016.

“We're thrilled to have the opportunity to represent Canada at the Olympics,” said Martin. “It's a tremendous honour and we're looking forward to the challenge.”
