
### Training Session on Judicial Leadership and Court Management
A new two-day training session on judicial leadership and court management is taking place on November 27 and 28, 2025, in Rabat. The event builds on CEPEJ’s ongoing initiative to strengthen the professional capacities of Moroccan women judges.
### Purpose and Objectives
The program focuses on supporting participants in developing leadership skills, improving administrative efficiency in courts, and promoting gender equality in judicial leadership. Through interactive workshops and discussions, the session aims to help judges enhance their management practices and decision-making processes.
### CEPEJ’s Broader Initiative
This training is part of the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) initiative that seeks to foster best practices in court administration and leadership. Earlier training cycles introduced practical tools for caseflow management, communication, and team coordination.
