Giovanni Delfino, CEO of Italian manufacturer Tatuus, spoke with Feeder Series about the philosophy behind the brand’s new FRegional chassis and their new parent company, the Korus Group.

Transition to the Tatuus T-326

After seven years of the Tatuus F3-T318, Europe’s main Formula Regional series will introduce the Tatuus T-326 in 2026. This marks a significant update as the series moves into its second generation.

Series Rebranding and Technical Changes

Improvements Addressing Previous Criticism

The Tatuus T318 faced criticism for its weight and aerodynamic design that limited overtaking opportunities. The new T-326 aims to resolve these issues.

“The Tatuus T318, criticised for its weight and an aero philosophy that inhibits overtaking, will be replaced by the brand-new Tatuus T326.”

The T-326 will be used in the Formula Regional European Championship and the Formula Regional Middle East starting from 2026. Its Toyota engines will be prepared by Autotecnica, part of the Korus Group, unveiled on October 27, 2025.
