A press conference in the Oval Office on Thursday was unexpectedly interrupted when Gordon Findlay, global brand director for Novo Nordisk, fainted during remarks about lowering obesity drug prices. Trump and executives from Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk had gathered to outline new initiatives aimed at expanding access and reducing prices for obesity medications. As Eli Lilly’s CEO, David Ricks, spoke to reporters, he suddenly looked to the side and asked:
