2025 Clemson Athletic Hall of Fame Inductees
Clemson Athletics and IPTAY’s Block C Club are honoring ten distinguished former Tigers as members of the Clemson Athletic Hall of Fame class of 2025. The inductees will be introduced during the game against Florida State at Memorial Stadium.
Tim Bourret
Sports Information Department • 1978–2018
- Served 40 years in Clemson’s Sports Information Department: from 1978–1989 as assistant director under Bob Bradley, and from 1989–2018 as director.
- Inducted into the National College Sports Information Directors Hall of Fame in 2017.
- Received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the College Sports Information Directors Association in 2019.
- Honored with the Bobby Richardson Award from the South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame in 2018.
- Under his leadership, Clemson earned the “Super 11” award from the Football Writers Association five times for excellence among football SID offices.
- Edited more than 100 award-winning Clemson publications, including 37 related to Clemson football.
- Participated on an ESPN committee celebrating the 150th anniversary of college football.
- In his 47th year broadcasting Clemson men’s basketball, recognized as the dean of ACC broadcasters across all sports.
- Has served 13 years as a color commentator for Clemson football broadcasts.
- Named an honorary Clemson alumnus in 2007.
