During the meeting, members selected a board of seven directors who were acclaimed without opposition. The appointed directors are:
McCormack, Hardakar, and Arsenault had previously served as founders and leaders of the association. James, Leja, and Neame joined as new members. Colin Patey, the fifth founding member, chose not to run.
The board will oversee the association’s operations and communicate the community’s viewpoints gathered during meetings to the wider public. McCormack chaired the AGM and presented the financial report, highlighting that the association has received $7,195 in donations and incurred $3,500 in expenses.
