A proposal has been submitted to create a 20-pitch touring caravan site as part of a business strategy to diversify and reduce reliance on fossil fuel sales.

Location and Site Description

The proposed site lies on open farmland adjacent to Bryn Hyfryd coal depot and yard near Holyhead, west of Valley. It is part of a larger field within the 800m² land surrounding the Looms Bros Coal yard.

Access

Access will be from an existing minor road connecting Valley and Llanfair-yn-Neubwll, linking to the A55 road leading to Valley village from the west.
